Dearest editors,
It is with great sadness that my family is once again asking for an obituary announcement
to be shared with your esteemed readership.
It was only a few days ago that we sought your services in announcing the untimely
death of our son, brother, cousin, nephew; Sulayman Saul Manjang, which you so
kindly and readily shared with your readership. Sadly, it’s Saul’s elderly
father who has passed away this morning.
Kind
Regards,

passing away of our husband, father, grandfather, great-grand father, uncle,
great uncle, great-grand uncle and father-in-law; Alhaji Edrissa Manjang of New

This
sad event happened early this morning, 13th February 2010 at the Royal Victoria
Hospital in Banjul. He was laid to rest at the Yundum

Alhaji Edrisssa, or "Pa Manjang", as he was commonly known, was a great man both in virtuousness and the philosophy of hard work,
truthfulness and dedication to one’s family. He was a pillar of his community
and would be sorely missed.
He
is survived by a large family, members of who are spread all around the world:
Senegambia, Guinea Bissau, UK, USA,

May
his soul rest in perfect peace. Ameen.
